heart 와 mind 는 둘다 우리말로 '마음' 이라고 하는데 영어에서는 구별을 하고 있다.

What is the difference between mind and heart?

Thoughts and ideas are manufactured and stored in the mind. Mind can plan and design and do several other functions like intuit, infer, speculate, assume, presume, envision, etc.
Heart is the place where our feelings, love, devotion, kindness and compassion, etc. are preserved.

mind 는 '이성, 생각, 지성' 과 관련이 있고,

heart 는 '감정'과 관련이 있다.

I always speak from my heart.(난 항상 말해 / 마음에서 우러나오는)

I have a very creative mind. (난 창의력이 매우 뛰어나다)

I have a warm heart and a cold mind. (난 따뜻한 마음과 차가운 이성을 갖고 있어)

Have you lost your mind?  (당신 정신 나갔소?)

Do you have something on your mind? (걱정되는 일이라도 있으세요?)

Do you mind if I sit here? (제가 여기 앉아도 되나요?)

이 문장에서 쓰인 mind는 동사로 '꺼리다'는 의미
